Simple Ideas for Thanksgiving

For the second time, I am hosting my family for Thanksgiving.  The idea of this brings me a lot of joy, but also anxiety as I begin to think of all the things I need to do.  The list continues to grow each day...plan the menu, get the carpet cleaned, have those sofa pillows made, get the fireplace fixed, etc.  I also have started to waste time research ideas for easy ways to decorate my table.  I'm sure many of you are probably doing the same thing, so I thought I'd make it easy and share some of my favorite ideas. This year, there is only going to be 5 or 6 of us, so I am using my round dining table and need to keep the centerpiece small.  I'm also going to set up the food, buffet style, on my kitchen peninsula so I need to add some decorations here as well.  Finally, I am going to put some effort towards my front porch to create something I can keep out for the next few weeks before I have to move to Christmas.
