The attention to detail in this new construction project is evident throughout. My clients and I made sure each selection was the perfect choice; from the brick on the exterior to the cabinet hardware. With such a daunting task in front of them and both having demanding jobs, hiring a designer to make this easier for them was the first thing my clients did. Then, it was up to me to lead them through a simple (but thorough) design process that gave them an amazing result. A beautiful home that reflects their family. A home like no other!

We spent a lot of time planning this perfect laundry room. The vintage style sink is so pretty AND functional. We also designed a hidden ironing board in a cabinet. Now you see it, now you don’t!

The master bath is loaded with personalized storage! Each sink vanity has it’s own linen cabinet and the custom make-up vanity is a great example of why you hire a designer BEFORE you start construction. This is how the space was drawn before I got my hands on the plans. Another linen cabinet with a small sit-down vanity. I enlarged the linen towers at each sink vanity (for better proportion) and gave my client a beautiful place to get ready each morning.

The secondary bathrooms do not disappoint either. Budget friendly tile, used in interesting ways, can give you a bathroom that is definitely Pinterest worthy!

The tour ends on the back porch. That natural cypress wood ceiling gives the space some much needed warmth to balance all the hard materials. The contractor used a natural sealer, no stain. I loved using the same wood on the outdoor kitchen. And just down those steps is the pool. Ready just in time for the hot days that are coming to Tallahassee!
