3D Floorplan Rendering Services

This is for the client who has a floor plan and needs help envisioning their new space.

• We take your floor plan and create a personalized 3D rendering video. It’s a virtual walkthrough of your new room(s).

• Don’t have all your finishes selected? No problem, we can use our favorite selections in your rendering.

• This service is only for clients who have a completed floor plan. If you need help with that, then please read about our other services.

• Rendering Plus is a more detailed and realistic rendering vs. the Rendering Basic. We can discuss which option works best for your project at the initial consultation.

• No exteriors are available at this time.

• The first step is an initial consultation with Jennifer to review your plans and discuss your specific needs.  This is a one-hour meeting and the cost is $250.
