This is for the client building a new home or remodeling multiple rooms in their existing home.
Building a new home or tackling a major remodel is a big project and we are ready to help you make it as easy as possible. We will work alongside your contractor to make sure the selections are made on time and on budget.
We assist you in selecting all of your finishes. This includes, but not limited to, exterior details, flooring, paint colors, cabinet design, tile, countertops, mirrors, trim, lighting fixtures and plumbing. The scope of work will all depend on your project.
We include a series of in-person design presentations with multiple options.
When all of your selections are approved, we provide a complete specification notebook for you and your contractor.
Once work begins, we make site visits to ensure your design plan is being executed correctly and answer any trade questions.
The first step is an initial consultation with Jennifer to gather everything she needs to create a personalized design agreement. This is a one-hour and the cost is $250.
