The first step is filling out a design questionnaire so we can get to know your personal style. We then will ask for some photos and maybe a few measurements. That’s it!

Before we start your Design Box, we will discuss your budget since we want to make sure our selections are what you can afford.

Our average delivery time is 2-3 weeks.

We make sure to source all the selections from major online retailers. This might include Home Depot, Lowe’s, Tile Bar, Build.com, etc. We use only brands that are available in all areas.

Let us know and we’ll be happy to re-select one item from your Design Box at no additional cost.

Yes, we offer a virtual initial consultation option for those who need it. The cost is $100 and lasts 30 minutes.

We do not provide any drawings in Design Box, but we do give you lots of inspiration photos to communicate our ideas for your project.
